Web Designer Needed

I'm looking for a web designer/developer. I have a person for HTML, Java, all that fun stuff but I need someone with good flash skills and some creativity. Most of the clients right now are fashion and nightlife stuff and we are sticking primarily to the luxury sector. Right now the projects are on the smaller scale but have the potential to lead to bigger and better things as well as a full-time position. Payment is on a project basis and is negotiable depending on the amount of work (obviously).
