Junior Designer Needed

Needed:
Junior Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of experience, for busy design firm specializing in commercial real estate. This is a full-time freelance job, which will lead to a permanent position for the right individual. We are a fun, creative, and ever-expanding company looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Design offering memoranda, brochures and teasers. Create functional and innovative information graphics, including maps, charts, building renderings, and floor and site plans.

Job Requirements:
•Fluency in Creative Suite 3 a must, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
•Strong sense of typography, attention to detail, and ability to adhere to predetermined brand standards.
•Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, with on-time and high quality delivery.
•Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
•Team spirit and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
•Professional and positive attitude, ability to take direction and feedback from various sources.
•Experience creating floor plans from drawings/tracings, building sections and architectural drawings a plus.
•Color correction skills a plus.

Knowledge of the real estate market appreciated, but not necessary.
