Art-Design Intern Needed for Exhibition

Dear Student,
My name is Jennifer Garcia. I'm a former student of Genevive's and am currently preparing for an exhibition this Spring at The Reed Space (http://www.thereedspace.com/). The exhibition is for my independent project, WE-ARE-FAMILIA (http://we-are-familia.com) which debuted at Colette (http://www.colette.fr/#/a/5/gallery/14/past/16/2007/) Paris in 2007. A design student with an interest in fine art (or vice versa) is required to support in the production of this upcoming event in it's entirety. Together we will create a one-of-a-kind art catalog, unique furniture pieces, a window display and various marketing materials. This internship is unpaid but is a unique opportunity to participate in creating some fun work outside an office environment. Requirements are as follows:
- strong interest in book making
- strong interest in 3-D and/or furniture design
- strong typographic skills
- proficient in all print design programs
- organized and dependable
- own laptop a plus
- driver's license a plus
- available from april 1st until mid-may for 2-3 days per week
