Hiring at Alloy Design

We're hiring!
Our design team here at Alloy is swamped with work and it's only going to get worse (or better depending how you look at it), so we're looking to add another web designer to our team ASAP. Looking for someone with a few years of experience under their belt... A true web designer... not someone transitioning from print or other design gigs.

This is a full time job working on our core sites (teen.com, alloy.com, CCS.com, uTURF.com, gURL.com) as well as large projects for external clients. We produce written editorial, original video content, web series, and other interactive experiences targeted towards 13-24 year olds.

I've attached the job description HR put together, but I'll add to it by saying:

wish list:
-all basic design skills/knowledge of programs
-experience with/understanding of front end coding principles (though we do have a sep. web dev team)
-experience designing interfaces for webapps
-Flash animation/understanding of action script a plus
-Motion Graphics skills a plus
-interest in/experience with youth market and pop culture
