Job Opp:

Based on our needs the job will be a freelance position, without benefits, and will be project by project based. 

 

The role would fall under design/merchandising

 

Salary range will be hourly based $30-$50/ hr based on experience.  Hours will be 40-60 hrs/week depending on peak periods.

 

Availability: ASAP

 

Below is a brief description of the project and requirements:

Brief:

- Proficient in MS Excel including basic reference formulas and knowledge of Pivot Tables.

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, focus on InDesign.

- Ability to utilize Master Templates, Paragraph Styles, Data Merge, Layers, and Links, Table of Contents.

- Basic understanding of Graphic Design and related principles.

- Creative, visual-based problem solving skills, ability to develop new templates and modifications.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail required.

 

Outline of Steps:

1.  From MSExcel, create CSV file for Data Merge – one page per Material Group.

2.  Using Adobe InDesign, create Master Template to translate data into visual sales tool.

3.  Work with Merchandising team to ensure accuracy of information.

4.  Work with Technical Graphic Design team to upload and monitor status of sketches.

5.  Maintain accuracy of Linesheet based on changes driven by Merchant team.
